Affenkapelle Trompeter, H 14 cm

I was a bit nervous about the size at 14 cm, but the trumpet’s tiny details, like the curled fingers, are incredibly crisp even that small.

The porcelain has a lovely weight to it and the tiny fingers wrapped around the trumpet are sculpted with surprising precision. It fits perfectly with the rest of the collection.

The detailing on this little trumpet player is exquisite—the tiny fingers and facial expression really capture Kaendler's artistry. It fits perfectly alongside the other figures I've been collecting.
