Affe Fips, H 21,5 cm

I was a bit worried the face might look too cartoonish, but the hand-painted details give him a really charming, almost old-fashioned character. He’s about the size I expected, and his playful pose adds a nice touch of whimsy to my shelf.

The pose is wonderfully dynamic, capturing that mischievous monkey spirit perfectly. The glaze has a nice, soft sheen that makes the detailing on the fur and face really stand out.

The little fellow has so much playful character in his expression, you can almost see him plotting. The hand-painted details on his fur are much finer than I expected for the price. He’s already earned a spot on my shelf where he makes me smile every time I walk by.
