Napoleon I., Weiß, H 29 cm

The way the sculptor captured the slight turn of his head and the texture of the coat is really impressive for a 29 cm piece. It has a nice weight to it, feels solid on the shelf.

The detail on the uniform buttons and the bicorne hat is surprisingly crisp for this size. It stands proudly on my desk without feeling cheap or wobbly.

I’ve been looking for a piece that captures historical gravitas without feeling cold, and this Napoleon bust does exactly that. The white finish and the way the hand is tucked into his coat really bring out that commanding, thoughtful expression.
