Mit den ersten Figuren aus Meissener Porzellan Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts war nicht nur eine neue Kunstform erschaffen - es wurde auch eine ganz besondere Sammelleidenschaft entfacht, die bis heute anhält. Johann Joachim Kaendler (1706-1775) griff schon früh das Thema Jahreszeiten auf und setzte dies in einer Vielzahl von Figuren um. Ein kleiner Pelzumhang ziert die kleine Skulptur - "Den Winter".


Natürlich sind auch die anderen 3 Jahreszeiten als kleine Kunstwerke erhältlich.
