Der "Delphin" als ein Zeugnis hervorragenden Kunsthandwerks gehört zu den Meissener "Limitierten Meisterwerken".
Bis heute erfreut sich das "Schwanenservice" als eines der ersten Service der Manufaktur MEISSEN® weltweiter Beliebtheit. Neben den zahlreichen Meissener Porzellanen für Tisch und Tafel, entwickelte Meissens Meistermodelleur Johann Joachim Kaendler im Auftrag von Heinrich Graf von Brühl 1737 auch zahlreiche plastische Figuren und Skulpturen. Eine davon ist die 8,5 cm hohe Figur "Delphin", die durch die naturalistische handbemalte Aufglasurmalerei das maritime Thema des Service widerspiegelt. Noch immer von Hand in der Meissener Manufaktur geformt und bemalt, holt diese Figur das barocke Flair in die Moderne. Als Einzelstück oder in Kombination mit bestehenden Servicen wie auch "MEISSEN® Blue Treasures" wird die Skulptur "Delphin" zum Blickfang auf der heimischen Tafel.
Der handbemalte "Delphin" wird limitiert auf 100 Exemplare hergestellt.
