Dieser in limitierter Anzahl hergestellte Pokal, ein kunsthandwerkliches Juwel aus der Zeit um 1720, trägt eindeutig die Handschrift der Silberschmiedekunst des frühen 18. Jahrhunderts. Das Dekor des Kunstwerkes zeigt üppige Blumenmalerei im "indischen" Stil, eine Richtung, die zur selben Zeit entstanden war und sich an den Blumenmotiven der chinesischen Porzellane orientierte. Blumen und Insekten, in verschiedenen Kupferfarben handbemalt, wachsen optisch aus den vergoldeten Reliefblättern des Pokals heraus. Zwischen Wiesenblumen, Sonnenhut und einigen Fantasieblumen sehen wir Schmetterlinge, kleine Käfer sowie kleine Schnecken versteckt.


Dieses handbemalte Kunstwerk der MESISSENer Manufaktur wird limitiert auf 25 Exemplare hergestellt.
