Roter Panda, Böttgersteinzeug, H 33 cm

The way the light plays across the matte surface of this seated panda is genuinely captivating, and at 33 cm it has a substantial, commanding presence on the shelf.

The dark brown Böttgersteinzeug has a rich, almost metallic sheen that makes the panda look dignified. It’s heavier than I expected, which gives it a nice, solid feel on the shelf. Exactly the calm, artistic presence I was hoping for.

The deep, almost metallic sheen of the dark brown Böttgersteinzeug is even more striking in person. Sitting at 33 cm tall, this panda figurine has a quiet, commanding presence on my shelf that I find myself stopping to admire. It feels wonderfully solid and substantial, like a real art piece.
