Affenkapelle Sängerin, H 12 cm

I love how the hand-painted details on this 12 cm figurine bring the little monkey singer to life—it’s even more charming in person. The craftsmanship is so fine, it makes a lovely addition to my shelf.

The tiny monkey singer fits perfectly in my curio cabinet and the porcelain feels substantial, not cheap. Her little mouth is open mid-song, which makes me smile every time I walk past.

The hand-painted details on that little singer’s face are incredibly fine for a figure this size, and the porcelain has that lovely classic Meissen glow. It’s a charming piece that captures the playful spirit of Kaendler’s original monkey orchestra perfectly.
