Eidechsenvase "Blauer Kranich", H 24 cm

I was nervous about ordering a vase online, but the cobalt blue underglaze is even more vivid in person and the 24 cm height fits perfectly on my console table. The hand-painting really brings the crane design to life.

The hand-painted details are so crisp, you can almost see the brushstrokes up close. It arrived securely packed and looks stunning on my shelf, exactly 24 cm tall as described. I love that it's a limited piece with actual history behind the design.

The blue underglaze is deeper and richer in person than in the photos, which caught me off guard. It’s a hefty piece for its 24 cm height, so it feels substantial on the shelf. Just wish the box included a bit more protective padding for shipping.
