Fischmaulvase, klein, Weiß, H 29 cm

The porcelain has a wonderful weight and feel in the hand, not clunky but substantial. I placed a single branch of quince in it and the narrow opening held it perfectly.

The glaze has a lovely depth to it, almost like liquid cream, and the 29 cm height is perfect for a single dramatic stem. I caught myself just running my fingers over the smooth surface while arranging flowers.

The fish-mouth opening makes arranging a single stem look effortlessly elegant, and the 29 cm height is perfect for my sideboard. I just wish the glaze had a slightly warmer finish, but it's still a lovely vase.
